This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from Shade Squared LLC directly through its website or through any of its authorized dealers. These products include:

  • Sunshade covers

  • Telescoping frame poles

  • Floating anchors

  • Storage bags

  • And all associated components that go with these products (buckles, strapping, etc.)

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period for the original owner of the products. This Limited Warranty is not transferrable.

What will we do to correct problems?

We will, at no charge, repair or replace products at our discretion.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for our products and components is three (3) years from the date of purchase.

What does this Limited Warranty not cover?

If your product(s) covered by this Warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will, at no charge, repair or replace it at our discretion. This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, Acts of God, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Any item that has been altered or modified will not fall under the Warranty.

What do you have to do?

If you purchased your Shade Squared MoorShade through a dealer, contact your dealer so that they may take the proper steps to handle the warranty work. If you purchased directly from Shade Squared, please contact us via e-mail at info@moorshade.com in order for us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. For evaluation, your product(s) must be returned directly to:

We will cover the cost of shipping to-and-from for Warranty and provide you with the necessary shipping label. If your items are not shipped before the expiry date on the shipping label, you will be responsible for shipping the unit to us.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
