Shipping & Returns
Your order is considered “fulfilled” when we create a shipping label for your order. When this label is created, you will receive a notification e-mail with a tracking number. If you have any questions or wish to cancel an order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be in touch as soon as possible.
We currently only sell and ship to customers in the United States and apologize for any inconvenience. Please check back at a later time for changes to this policy, or visit the Contact Us page to sign up for our newsletter in which we'll notify our customers of international shipping.
All sales are final when your item is shipped. No refunds are offered and no returns are accepted after sale unless there is a defect with one or more parts of your Shade Squared MoorShade in which it cannot safely be used.
If one or more of the parts of your MoorShade is defective, broken, or in any other way damaged when you receive your package, we will either send a replacement or we may replace your entire MoorShade. In any case, a return label will be included in the shipment so that you may return the defective part(s) or system. If the return shipment is not received within 14 calendar days, the form of payment that was originally used to purchase a MoorShade will be charged the full retail price for the part(s) or full system.
